The core movement mechanics caught me by surprise as well. I would say I’m one of those oddballs who bought this on account of being a fan of Jam2go’s music, but even so I wasn’t expecting how wonderfully done the game’s adaptive soundtrack turned out to be. It is a wonderfully responsive QOL feature that I just positively adore.
