The goal is to have fun and get famous, not to sit down crunching numbers. Though it’s also a thing if you are into it. I understand that comming from many other top down indie games, like ETG or BOI it feels somewhat clunky at the beginning but it also makes the combat more difficult because you can’t just spam your auto aim weapons while dodging or running but you have to think about windows of opportunity to engange the enemy so you dont just tank severeal hits/shots because you stand still in front of them. I have to agree tho that the fact that a “real” online coop doesnt exists, dampens the experience – although to be fair you can still play with firends online via the “steam remote gaming” feature – so another person even on their own pc can play with you (but its somewhat tedious and one of the at least two players needs a controller.
