I played my first couple of matches single player and I enjoy it. I’m a big fan of Stellaris but that game takes about two weeks to play and I don’t always have the endurance for that. This is a bit faster and I can see myself getting into the swing of playing faster once I understand all the concepts which don’t seem that daunting so far. I think the choices you make during your turn are very important and you have to sort of guess what the other player might do.  because of several arguments. Arguments are usally no big deal, considering it is a politics simulator. But it ist a different story if things get personal and insulting. Even if those people will gank up on you, because you are the new one, they will tilt and even insult because of the littlest microagressions, like not accepting a pact. Even if you are beating and outrank them, they wont show any respect, because you are playing wrong and they do not. They do this all the time, with all new players and they will never consider them beeing the problem I’m going to leave this as positive and hope other former Stellaris players and maybe even Civ players jump in so we can get some people in ranked play. Since it just launched I’m assuming there aren’t a ton of people playing yet, but I think for the price and the gameplay it could be pretty fun and not take up your entire weekend.
