Mob Factory is an interesting beast – it’s a factory game mixed with tower defense, sure – but it also does something other games in this genre seem to avoid: it has a proper ending (for better or worse) – though I do wish there was an endless mode to mess around it. The actual playthrough takes about 8-10 hours if you rush it, could take a bit longer if you play more relaxed, or a bit shorter if you focus on speedrunning (wagering optimized players will get it below 6 hours easily) Could be greatly improved by letting us build islands of specific type wherever we want or just generic islands that you can put any spawner on. With how much room you have to dedicate to mob grinding, you aren’t left with a lot of room to do the crafting. So being able to build some blank islands is really needed. The flow of systems is really cramped so it is a lot of work to route items and when you have a ton of items they just start going into the void.
