Its better than showdown (which i missed on pc but played on PS3, oh dear) and miles ahead of Crossroads. Why? well it takes the premise of the Kids show and keeps it heart but knows we are all here for the cars, racing and gadgets. If your a racing games fan you will be done in about 3-4 hours for t he achievements and by 6-7 hours for unlocking everything in the game. If you are the target age of the show there is plenty of fun to be had and replay ability and customising your favourites. I got addicted to it and finished it through so will see what the little ones say but so far its miles ahead of the rest of the FF game son PC purely because we have had fun with it. So the campaign consists of 5 missions. These are essentially 4 tournaments of 4 races each and then the final boss fight one on one. Difficulty ranges from Easy with Beginner spy. If its the child’s first racing game best start here. Then there is medium and then Hard. Hard i would recommend to any casual racing fan. The challenge is getting to the front but once there holding it is easy. The difficulty can be changed in the options from the main menu between races. The campagin can only be raced by 4 of the 5 heros from the show. Lets pretend Frostee is in Cistco car as he normally is, (though a dune buggy for him from the Sahara series would not have gone a miss, just saying). After each race you earn in game coins to spend on a vending machine that will allow you to unlock the villains cars, skins, music (though can not figure out how to play them yet, 🙁 ) and some background cosmetics for the menu screen. The cars can all be driven through Quick play, split screen and online. So yup you can be the annoying blonde lass. Think there are 13 in total including the one for winning the story. Each car is equiped with the following gadgets: Unique ability – super powerful but can range from defensive to speed to all out aggression. You use the abilities from an energy bar which is easy to read and fills up constantly as you drive. Drifting and jumps help fill it faster. when you trigger one it will use a portion of the bar. in order down its 25%, 50% 75% and the unique is 100% so its not a standard cool down allowing for some thought
