If I say there’s an hour “hidden” between one day and the next… would you believe me? Master the power of the heart, Persona, and uncover the tragic truth of the Dark Hour. On the one hand P3 is an amazing game with a fantastic story that I want everyone to experience but, on the other hand, this port is quite lazy with most of the art looking like it has been poorly upscaled, the audio crunchy as hell and basically no real gameplay improvements other than being able to suspend save the game (hell, even the Nocturne remake made selectable inheritance skills a thing and that was a PS2 game). Obviously there’s arguments over whether FES or P3P is the real way to play this game

but at the end of the day I think they could’ve done a much better job with this. I still recommend this if this is the only way you can play Persona 3 but I would prefer much better version of the game at double the price. Persona 3 has been one of my favorite games for almost a decade now so when this was released I bought it without a second thought. The problem with this version is that it’s almost exactly like the old release. Backgrounds look crunchy, assets look weird, audio can sound low quality sometimes. If you wanted to buy this to experience a “remaster” with better graphics or any changes at all then sadly you’re not going to get that. But if you’re fine with just experiencing the story as it was then yeah! Definitely get it.
