The inventory system is entirely too cumbersome. The combat isn’t great, half the time your attacks aren’t registering because the enemy “dodged” but you can clearly see your sword swiping through them. The minion system is lacking a lot. There’s no basic commands to have them hold position somewhere for even basic tactics. Instead they get right into a big cluster Your minions are pretty much outright going to die if you’re not manually doing more dps than them. I saw this game was bundled with Elderborn and I actually enjoyed the combat in that game, this doesn’t come up to par at all. Your minions won’t even help attack passive/neutral mobs/animals even if they’re getting their bones gnawed on by a wolf that’s cycling through its entire animation library in 2 seconds. The dungeons are super trivial, and the pressure plate puzzles are so redundant. While I like the concept of a Necromancer fantasy, this isn’t really the game to pull it off. Raising 4 minions with my great power only for them to stand on a pressure plate to open a wooden gate over and over and over…
