POSTAL 4: No Regerts is a satirical and outrageous comedic open world first person shooter and the long-awaited true sequel to what’s been fondly dubbed as “The Worst Game Ever™”, POSTAL 2! I’ve given this game enough time and chances, so I’m going to just write this now. This is one of the biggest scams I’ve ever seen, and the idea that they think they can ride the wave of “look it made game journalists upset” is pathetic. As all the other reviews pointed out: it’s broken, it’s glitchy, it’s low effort, it’s incomplete and many areas are unfinished, it crashes, the install size is massive and it’s slow as hell, and often times with each update it somehow gets worse. I’ve never actually seen that before, several updates where they actually break it worse. But what gets overlooked is how lame the story and humor

is. And no, not because it’s edgy. It’s because it did precisely what the Saints Row series did and why everyone stopped liking that: they somehow couldn’t understand that the comedy primarily came from the player making ridiculous decisions in a relatively normal world, not being the relatively normal guy in a totally insane world. Gary Coleman’s cameo was not the central pillar of Postal 2, and the highlight of the game was not the end where cats are falling from the sky.
