There are a lot of other features in the game too (such as offerings), but these run into the same pitfalls as the base game. You’re going to end up choosing the same offerings (probably the same offerings for all decks like I did) and never think twice of ever switching them once you’ve already got the set you want. It feels like this game gives players a lot of features when in reality it’s just figuring out which ones you’ll actually enjoy playing with and choosing for optimization.

Because the game definitely does NOT feel fun if you’re not optimizing. You’ll feel like you’re left handicapped by random chance (towers being disabled, towers spawning that REMOVE your mana generation, etc) and there are only choices which you’ll never even consider as options because of how bad they are.
