You work in the cinema as an usher and accidentally fell into the Backrooms, now being trapped, needing to unravel the mysteries of the yellow rooms in order to get out of this place, but be careful, there are entities that will be in your way. The trailer sets unrealistic expectations. There’s no creature no nothing stalking you down (maybe add like outlast style gameplay). The trailer makes the game seem far more enjoyable. Not only that, but the finish the game achievement is bugged so you can’t even 100% the game in achievements. PLEASE, elaborate more on what content is FINISHED. Are the other tapes going to be free updates (which they should be) or paid dlc? While this is definitely a unique take on the backrooms genre, the game is plagued with bugs i.e. falling through the map, getting stuck in places, AI bugging out, etc. I’m also not sure why the developer chose to light the main level with nothing but emissive materials since it creates some terrible light noise/glitches in UE5. With a bit more polish this game could be great but because of it’s issues I can’t recommend it yet. Mainly: Very good but too short. The areas are very short and you are left wanting more general exploration; the first level it’s a linear way, it have no variety of paths to reach to the end. It seems it’s still unfinished because there are more tapes but they cannot be accessed. At this point, buy in a 50% offer. The best backrooms game i’ve played so far. Hope it will get more contents, updates and better. I like this kind of gameplay, on some levels you are in danger, on other ones you are safe and just enjoying the level’s beaty and weirdness. Love it.

Giant empty spaces, looking for notes, pass codes, and a character that moves so slowly I could overlap them in a race even if an elephant crushed my legs. If a walking simulator with nothing visually interesting to look at is what you’re after, this is your game. Otherwise, steer clear. I also experienced a note that froze my game and an ending bug that didn’t let me complete the first tape so I have no idea if I even cleared this game or not.
