However, what I really don’t appreciate and I won’t get over it is the audio design… which is absolutely cheap and awful and killing the relax vibe. Any vibe.. Engine, braking, etc… the sounds are so annoying, the audio settings doesn’t work, so I had to turn the sound down to the absolute minimum and finally turned it off completely and turned on my radio instead… Considering that the game is supposed to be about visuals and audio, the result doesn’t match it and it’s basically the most important thing they should focus on from the start. What pleasantly surprised me was finding out that you can walk with the rider. And you can walk everywhere on the map, which strikes me as a unique change in this type of game. After that all I found that this is most relaxing thing at this game.. because I finally don’t have to listen those awful car noises and just can walk only with synthwave and retrowave music through the map. Good idea, good graphic enjoyable synth design. The game is monotonous, easy and short, but I didn’t expect anything else and extra in this regard, so I don’t take it as a shortcoming. It’s not about racing and competing, just reaching the finish line, avoiding obstacles and collecting things. But according to the information, I was excited about the game and had high expectations, especially for the sound and some game settings, so the EAG overall disappointed me. I tried to give it a chance, but no. If the developers fix these flaws and bugs, the final release could be a simple synthwave relaxing game. Nothing to offend or extra delight.
