While there’s a “boil” process for a stove, there’s no way to keep an ingredient like ramen broth cooking for use during service. There’s no separation between FOH and BOH. If you’re looking for something that’s like what a kitchen actually does, this definitely isn’t it. It’s a shame, because there’s a lot of fascinating depth that could be written into the game here.
