It looks great, the story is very creative and the direction is very impressive too. The assets have g0od textures and the design was beautiful. The events on this game got to scare me a lot, A LOT and that is Great! I loved it. I was on stream and everybody got scare too, one person even got his juice spilled over the desk. The voices are also very well done, the narrator was very proffessional. Keep it up, I want to see more of this in the future.

Mist of Aiden is an indie horror game from Steppe Hare Studio. The game have an interesting story and a special way to give it you while you progress in the game, and its not as simple as it looks at first. This is be done by everytime you explore the house (all the game/story takes part there) and by your choices and the path you take (this is not the players option is driven by the game) a new story comes up, then the time rewinds and you start from the beginning again. All the stories that unravel connect with each other and all makes sense in the end. The are two endings. The game have a great horror atmosphere and the voive acting and the sound fits it perfect. Also, the graphics are great. The gameplay is simple, as it should be in a horror title. The length of the game is short, took me around 1 hour and a half to complete it 100%, that being said i didnt find that as a negative (in toher games i would probably see that as a minus)cause i think the length was pretty ok for this game. 2 negatives i have to say (although not that big) the enviroment wasnt interactive, and the game automatically turns vr headset on?! In general, i recomend the game but i would say to better get it on a sale because the length was short. Imagine if Layers of Fear, A Machine for Pigs and The Shore had an underdeveloped baby. That’s this game. It’s three separate mini horror games stitched together with two final acts that try too hard to have some kind of meaning. There was so much potential here but sadly it falls short. Particularly the last act which just expositions you to death with a boring story that is totally disconnected from the rest of the game. There are some great elements, but they’re either poorly executed or by the time you get into it, it’s over. I saw IGP play the first chapter on Youtube and I was so excited to see the rest of the game, thinking it was an open world house that I could explore, which it claims to be. Lies. I’ve never been more disappointed in a game.
